Low light one-way lens (atomic mirror)/One-way glass , also known as one-way mirror, is a kind of visible light has a high reflectance glass, under the weak light environment, can be observed clearly has a strong light source environment. The reflector of the one-way mirror must be the meeting light side or toward the outside.

One-way glass  is a special need. The effect we want to achieve is that the observer wants to observe the observed person, and the person who wants to be observed cannot be aware that he is observed. Therefore, we need one-way perspective products.

Light has reversibility.  That is to say: light can shine from point A to point B, and also from point B to point A.

So why is there a one-way glass? 

 The secret lies in the thin mirror film applied to the glass surface.  Such glass does not reflect all incident light, but allows part of the incident light to pass through.

The reason why a one-way glass can see one side depends entirely on the intensity of light.  The invisible side is brighter and the visible side is darker.  Most of the strong light from the invisible side is reflected by the mirror film, but the weak light from the visible side cannot be seen clearly or even invisible due to the strong reflected light.  Therefore, the strong light surface forms the mirror surface, and the weak light surface forms the visible surface. 

Conclusion: One-way mirror still has the reversibility of light, but it can only be seen in one direction.
